WE THINK SO TOO. THAT’S WHAT WE DO.
ANDOVER CUSTOM BUILD
This mid-century ranch was transformed into a gracefully elegant shingle style home. This home features a formal living and dining room, a first floor master suite and au-pare suite, a gourmet kitchen, a vaulted family room, a vaulted second floor playroom/media room and four additional bedrooms. Our interior design team selected all the materials and then furnished this home to our clients needs and style.
Our integrated design-build process starts with understanding your needs, reviewing the layout of the home, seeing your inspiration images, building our design concepts, defining scope and budget outline, creating the design board, establishing construction schedules, and providing a fix-priced build contract.
Our designers will show you renderings of how your space will look after the renovation. You can choose from multiple options and compare different layouts, discuss pricing and costs; all before any work begins. Then we will style every room and select all the materials upfront so you can review each item selected (sinks, cabinets, hardware, lighting, etc.). We want to plan all the details so we can create a fixed-priced contract for the build phase.
Our build team turns the plans into reality. The project team is assembled and the build project is managed and coordinated by an experienced team member. We order all the project materials up-front as all the selections were made in the design phase. Everything is ensured to arrive on-site before they are needed.
The project schedule is managed so the work is performed on-time. Every detail is outlined in a complete set of design documents so our team knows exactly what to do every step of the way. This is the advantage of a true design-build firm. We can create beautiful designs, and know that they will be executed according to your budget, schedule and our exacting details.
WINCHESTER HOME TRANSFORMATION
Our clients in Winchester wanted to transform their colonial to better suit their lifestyle. As a former chef with three young children, Liz was looking for a proper gourmet kitchen where she could prepare meals and entertain for large gatherings. The couple also embraced dramatic, bold colors. They wanted their home to reflect this style, without losing the richness and elegance of a traditional colonial. Once completed, our interior design team furnished all of the interiors of this home.
